About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Canning Vale. In this fast-paced and highly operational role, you will lead a team of eight operators, an Inventory Controller and a Warehouse Administrator. Working closely with internal teams, external customers, and our driving workforce, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality warehouse operations.

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the DC Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations in line with OH&S and Visy standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and space utilisation across the warehouse.
• Ensure excellent service delivery and respond promptly to customer requests or operational issues.
• Plan daily workloads, allocate resources effectively, and drive team productivity.
• Support budgeting, labour planning, and cost control within the warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including transport, customer service, and commercial teams.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisor or leadership role within FMCG Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution practices, and inventory management.
• Solid knowledge of HSE, CoR and safe operating procedures.
• Experience working with WMS/TMS systems (SAP or Ramco highly regarded).
• Strong communication and people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
• Excellent organisational abilities with a focus on accuracy, safety and service.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
