Warehouse Pick & Pack Operators – Pharmaceutical Warehouse

Staff Flow Solutions is currently seeking reliable Warehouse Pick & Pack Operators to join a busy pharmaceutical distribution warehouse located in Heidelberg West, Victoria. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work in a clean, organized warehouse environment handling medical and pharmaceutical products.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Pick & Pack Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring pharmaceutical products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for distribution to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

This role requires attention to detail and adherence to strict quality standards, due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing pharmaceutical products using pick lists and RF scanners

• Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring accurate labeling

• Quality checking orders before shipment

• Maintaining clean and organized workstations

• Assisting with stock movement and inventory checks

• Following warehouse safety and pharmaceutical handling procedures

• Working efficiently to meet daily order targets

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Valid Australian Driver’s License (Required)

• Willingness to undergo a Police Check (required due to the nature of pharmaceutical products – police check will be organized and sponsored by us)

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual work ethic

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties

Nice to Have (Not Required)

The following are beneficial but not required:

• Forklift License (LF)

• Previous warehouse or pick & pack experience

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems

Training will be provided for the right candidates who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
