We live and breathe vino and have an exciting full-time opportunity for a venue manager to lead our front of house team and oversee venue operations as a whole.
You will have a passion for wine and recent experience managing operations in a fast paced hospitality environment. Enthusiasm, reliability and a sense of humour are key to this role as you manage and build relationships with employees, suppliers and customers. Wine purchasing and education are key requirements of the role and you have the opportunity to contribute to the direction of Vincent's wine program moving forwards. This is a rare opportunity to lead a small and committed team at one of WA's best venues.
You will have:
Minimum 5 years experience in a front of house hospitality role
Strong knowledge of local and European wines (wine qualifications a bonus)
Experience recruiting training and managing hospitality staff
Experience purchasing wine, managing budgets and maintaining cellar inventory
Experience organising and managing events
Strong attention to detail
Excellent personal presentation
Approved manager certification
