Our dynamic and supportive workshop in Moorabbin is looking for a qualified and dedicated Vehicle Body Builder to join our team.

We’re seeking a professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

Holds a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent qualification).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Proficient in completing projects within set timeframes.

Relevant experience in vehicle body building, assembly, or repairs is required.

The Role:

1) Interpreting detailed specifications, drawings, and designs provided by clients or engineers.

2) Constructing, modifying, or repairing vehicle bodies and chassis using various materials such as steel, aluminum, or fiberglass.

3) Assembling structural frameworks, panels, and vehicle accessories.

4) Performing welding, cutting, shaping, and fitting tasks to achieve precise results.

5) Sanding, grinding, and preparing surfaces for painting or further assembly.

6) Ensuring vehicles comply with safety standards and regulations.

7) Collaborating with team members to maintain workshop efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
