The Opportunity
Join a dynamic oncology research environment where the Translational Research Co-ordinator plays a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of high-quality research programs. The position contributes to NHMRC and MRFF funded projects through the coordination of complex research activities, including project management, stakeholder engagement, trial coordination, and research planning and will work closely with researchers, clinicians and students.
The position is responsible for coordinating a broad range of research and administrative functions, including participant recruitment, informed consent processes, biospecimen collection and processing and quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. It also supports the development of operating procedures, preparation of reports and ethics applications and the organisation of research data and systems.
We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in research operations along with a degree in a relevant field. The role also calls for strong analytical and data management skills, excellent organisational and project coordination capabilities and experience with research technologies, ethics applications and report writing.
