What will you do?

Our Department Managers play a key role in managing the daily store operations and managing their department end to end. Lead in-store processes, including inventory management, product availability and merchandise standards. Department Managers lead safety initiatives and drive a safety-first culture within their direct team and across the broader store team. Department Managers lead a fun and inclusive workplace, where our team members can be developed to their highest potential.


What are we looking for?

  • Foster a high-performance culture and ensuring strong team engagement by leading our values, ways of working and expected behaviours
  • Proven experience in leading teams, building relationships, and driving change
  • Be an organised, detail focused and self-motivated team player
  • Implement safety processes to ensure compliance within SOP regulations. Delivering safety training, supporting injury management, and promoting a safe work environment
  • Have strong communications skills, being able to adjust or adapt for our diverse workforce
  • Be able to effectively manage multiple priorities, team needs and customer expectations
  • Ability to interpret and use data to monitor sales, forecast trends, and drive strategic decision making
