The Role
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our internal operations team. In this role, you will ensure system stability, support critical business applications, and drive process improvements across our recruitment and reporting platforms. You will work closely with global teams, developers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide end-user support for critical business applications, troubleshoot batch processes, and ensure system stability while minimising downtime and meeting SLAs.● Generate customised client reports, automate workflows, and implement process improvements including VRS (reporting tool) development, deployment, and fixes.
● Conduct risk assessments, support audits, and manage end-of-month reporting activities.
● Collaborate with global teams, developers, and vendors to resolve issues, enhance application performance, and assist with system integrations and maintenance plans.
● Maintain compliance, oversee system upgrades, and reduce key-person risk through cross-training.
● Manage User Access Reviews (UAR) in SailPoint including campaigns, terminations, joiner-leaver processes, and daily operational support.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
● Support client reporting by developing customised schedules and templates in collaboration with developers.
About You
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
● Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role (recruitment or staffing industry experience highly regarded).
● Hands-on experience with SailPoint (UAR, joiner-leaver, terminations) and VRS or similar reporting tools.
● Strong knowledge of incident management, batch processes, SLAs, and compliance.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.● Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
