Store Manager - Moore Park

The role

Our flagship store, Snooze Moore Park, is seeking a passionate Store Manager who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships and manage a team while caring about providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. 

You will be working usual retail hours, including agreed weekends, some public holidays, as well as weekday work.

Please note: This position is subject to a clean National Police Check.

At Snooze, you will

• Motivate and engage a team while leading, organising tasks, handle customer queries, plan for the business and ensure the store looks immaculate

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding service

• Build rapport and foster long-term relationships

• Participate in daily store operations, including merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, answering calls and walking the sales floor
  Demonstrate experience in retail store management

• Motivate and grow a small team to sell and achieve budget

You will need

• Experience in retail store management

• Excellent communication skills

• Great customer service skills

• A proven sales history

• To enjoy achieving targets and driving the business
