Store Manager - Brisbane Airport

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our Brisbane Airport concept store. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE: 

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction. 
• Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration. 
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.  
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators. 
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration. 
• ASIC pass provided. 
• Tuesday to Saturday roster. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.  
• Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store. 
• A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.  
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. 
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising. 
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management. 
• A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values 
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
