Your unique talents, experience and focus on leadership and club operations will support building authentic relationships with our team and get to know our loyal members.

  • Create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Educate our customers about what’s on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards.
  • Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service.
  • Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission and Values.
  • Comply with the Club’s policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling).
  • Implement and champion change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation
  • Support and coordinate training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters to the organisation
  • Day-to-day management of Club Operations – including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, and grievance handling
  • Monitor and respond to service levels - received goods, response times, service quality, – and assist where appropriate.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months experience in leading and managing diverse teams with varying levels of experience within the hospitality industry
  • Confidence to work autonomously, strong initiative and ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to think on your feet to resolve issues and to manage tricky situations while remaining calm
  • Eagerness to get involved and learn a variety of skills across multiple areas – skills that will benefit you throughout your leadership career
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with team and customers, including formal documentation and ability to have the ‘difficult’ conversations
  • Strong digital experience including Office and proficiency in industry specific software
  • Exhibit a caring approach with a high degree of discretion, integrity and confidentiality, and high standard of personal presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters across all opening hours of the club including, overnight, weekends and public holidays
  • Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certificates (required)
  • Current First Aid certificate (preferred)
