Site Supervisor – Shed Construction

Spinifex Sheds is a growing shed construction business delivering projects across Perth

metro and surrounding regional areas. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor

who can confidently assess sites and manage site operations with minimal supervision.

This role is suited to someone who is practical, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership

of site-related decisions.

The Role

This position covers both pre-sale site assessments and construction coordination.

Projects are quoted prior to site visits, with clients placing a small conditional deposit

before a site inspection is completed. Your site visit confirms feasibility, scope and

constraints before the job proceeds to council approval and construction.

You will then manage site-related aspects of projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out detailed pre-sale site visits

- Valid driver's licence (automatic acceptable) is required for conducting site visits

- Assess access, levels, drainage, earthworks and concrete scope

- Identify site risks and constraints early and clearly

- Provide accurate feedback to the office team prior to council submission

- Coordinate earthworks, concreters, shed deliveries and installers

- Resolve on-site issues as they arise

- Ensure sites are ready for delivery and installation

- Maintain quality standards and minimise variations and rework

About You

This role is not suitable for junior supervisors.

Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience is required.

You will need proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar, with a strong

understanding of construction sites (shed, steel, residential or light commercial experience

preferred).

You must be confident assessing sites independently, coordinating subcontractors, and

communicating clearly with trades and customers.
