With three decades of experience, this construction company has consistently set the benchmark in the South Australian market for architecturally exciting mid-rise residential projects.

The Project

This is number two of a four 6-level apartment community masterplan project, valued at approximately $120 million in total, and offers everything a modern inner-city community could desire.

To be developed over the next three years, starting in June 2025 and ending in December 2028.

1. You are on the best projects of 2025 - 2028. No project I know of that started this year has had this level of planning, sophistication, backing, talent, and mastery applied to it in its company.
2. They'll have the best talent on board from day one, and if you're interested in the project's longevity, you'll be working on it for almost half a decade, so be prepared for a fantastic journey.
3. You will be paid what you are worth. Arbitrary-sounding, I know, but to hire the best, you must compensate them. Of course, it's determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account many factors, which we'll discuss together.
4. You're running the show. Remember, you will build apartments of the highest calibre and need someone who loves quality, autonomy, and leading from the front.
