With multiple projects underway across North Brisbane, and a healthy pipeline secure for the year ahead, this organisation offers stability, support and the chance to oversee well-structured, repeat-design projects.
Your new role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end site supervision across medium-density townhouse projects. Your key duties will include:
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and site activities to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitoring construction progress to meet project schedules and quality benchmarks
- Ensuring all work complies with WHS standards and QBCC requirements
- Managing site documentation, variations and daily reporting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants and internal teams
- Delivering completed stages on time and to the company/s quality expectations
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience supervising residential townhouse or medium-density projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe and efficient worksite
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence
