The Queensland Revenue Office is seeking applications to fill an AO6 Senior Revenue Advisor role.
This is an exciting opportunity within the Technical Advice Division at Queensland Revenue Office.
As a Senior Revenue Advisor you will:
- Prepare and provide written and verbal advice to stakeholders on novel and complex interpretation and practice issues
- Undertake research, prepare papers and make recommendations
- Prepare public rulings and other practice statements
- Issue private rulings on select matters under the Duties Act 2001
- Issue legislated rulings that raise complex issues relating to corporate reconstruction
- Coach and mentor division staff
- Review and quality assurance on internal and external materials
- Actively contribute to team and individual development and build a positive and participative culture
- Establish, enhance and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
