Key Responsibilities
• Lead a complex multi-residential project from design development to construction
• Manage programme, resourcing and delivery strategy
• Coordinate consultants and drive positive project outcomes
• Liaise directly with clients and project partners
• Oversee Revit documentation
• Mentor and guide project team members
Skills & Experience
• BOAQ Registered Architect (preferable) or operating at a Senior Project Lead level
• Proven multi-residential project experience at scale
• Well developed apartment spatial planning and technical resolution skills
• Confident Revit abilities
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
