The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of TCV’s People & Culture function. Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture, you will combine strong operational excellence with contemporary HR thinking, delivering P&C initiatives and supporting leaders to build inclusive, high-performing and values-aligned teams.
This is a broad and influential role where you’ll balance strategic partnering with practical delivery and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience Requirements
You are an experienced HR or Senior HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, comfortable operating independently in a lean, high‑trust environment. You may have several years' experience as a senior generalist or be looking to step up into your first Senior HR BP role – the role can flex for both scenarios.
Your CV should highlight previous experience working across a variety of P&C areas, including Employee Relations, Culture, L&D, Performance and Business Partnering.
