We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales growth strategy and strengthen our market presence across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and distribution channels within the wholesale and retail sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and business partners
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to inform business strategies
- Oversee branding, promotional campaigns, and product marketing initiatives across online and offline channels
- Manage and optimise digital marketing activities, including e-commerce performance and customer engagement
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team, including setting KPIs and monitoring performance
- Collaborate with product sourcing and operations teams to align product offerings with market demand
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sales and marketing management
- Proven experience in business development and revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platforms will be highly regarded
