What You'll Be Working on
As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring your team to achieve their KPIs and personal goals
- Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, our interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new team members
- Champions a safety-first mindset culture, empowering your team to proactively identify and mitigate risks
