Main Duties

·Oversee overall store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, presentation, and store growth

·Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members

·Deciding on the appropriate range of products, overseeing inventory levels,and establishing high service standards

·Developing and implementing purchasing and marketingstrategies, including setting prices for goods and services

·Maintaining accurate recordsof inventory includingfuel and financialtransactions

·Providing exceptional customerservice, assisting customerswith purchases, and offering product-use guidance

·Promoting the store’sproducts through targetedadvertising and marketing initiatives

·Ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safetyregulations

·Preparing, monitoring, and managing the store’s sales, targets and expenses

Qualifications

·Diploma level qualifications or equivalent in management or another relevant field

Experience

·Recent minimum of one year of relevant experience working in a retail management role

· Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
