Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead their store operations and drive strong sales results. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of retail experience who is passionate about customer service and team leadership.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the business
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Manage rostering, staff performance, and training
- Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and reduce shrinkage
- Ensure store presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- Maintain health, safety, and company compliance standards
Requirements:
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in retail (supervisory or management role preferred)
- Previous experience as a Retail Manager at Domino’s or within a fast food restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Experience with POS systems and basic reporting.
