MUMU LIFE (operated by BZC Group Pty Ltd) is a growing retail brand specialising in fashionable and trend-driven products. With company-operated two stores in Sydney and five franchise outlets across the region, we are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking an experienced and commercial minded Retail Manager to oversee our daily operations and support the ongoing expansion of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead and manage retail store operations across multiple locations.
2.Drive sale growth and maximise store profitability through effective planning, performance monitoring, and KPI management.
3.Maintain excellent customer service standards and deliver a consistent brand experience.
4.Manage, mentor, and develop store teams to achieve performance goals and financial targets.
5.Oversee stock control, inventory planning, merchandising standards, and loss prevention strategies.
6.Implement business strategies aligned with company expansion plans to meet turnover and profitability targets.
7.Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and relevant retail regulations. Requirements 1.Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in retail management or a similar role. 2.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 3.Sound knowledge of sales, stock management, and business operations. 4.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and deliver results.
