Stanley Hall Pty Ltd operates a busy and well established supermarket in Fitzroy North known as Piedimonte’s Supermarket, offering a diverse range of grocery products and delivering high standards of customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to take full responsibility for store performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week)

Main Duties:

Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily performance

Plan and oversee stock levels, product selection, and in store standards to meet customer demand

Develop and implement pricing, purchasing, and promotional strategies to drive sales and profitability

Monitor store financials, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency

Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions

Analyse sales performance and adjust strategies to improve revenue and business outcomes

Recruit, train, and lead staff, ensuring high performance and a positive team environment

Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements and company policies are consistently followed

Build strong customer relationships and handle escalated customer concerns professionally

Skill Requirements:

A Diploma or higher qualification in Management or Business Administration, plus at least one year of relevant experience;

OR

At least three years of relevant experience in a retail management role

Salary:

$75,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
