Position: Retail Manager (Full-time)
Location: Castle Towers, Castle Hills NSW 2154
Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 + Superannuation
Minimum Requirements:
AQF Associate Diploma and 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service and the smooth operation of each shift.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to staff members during their respective shifts.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees to support effective onboarding.
- Foster a healthy working environment by resolving staff issues and workplace disputes.
- Evaluate staff performance and offer constructive feedback and additional training as needed.
- Maintain operational efficiency and uphold restaurant standards throughout each shift.
- Perform end-of-day sales closures when required.
- Report operational or staffing issues to senior management regularly.
- Prepare staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage across trading hours.
- Supervise staff during shifts, assign specific tasks, and offer assistance as needed.
- Ensure that all team members uphold high service standards and comply with workplace policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with business owners to finalize budgeting matters and manage cost allocation effectively.
Skills Required:

- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to meet high service standards.
- Proven success in meeting sales, wage, and stock loss targets.
- Strong skills in stock management and loss prevention.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and achieving KPIs.
