We are now looking for a dedicated, hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our high-performing team. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for retail excellence and community impact, we want to hear from you.

About the Role: Lead with Impact

As the Store Manager, you are at the forefront of our business. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership position where you will oversee daily operations, drive commercial performance, and foster a positive team culture.

Your core responsibilities will include:

·Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 10+ members, focusing on staff development and up skilling.

·Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, including large stock operations, visual merchandising, and strict compliance with health and safety standards.

·Sales & Performance: Drive sales growth by achieving store targets and KPIs, using data and financial analysis to optimise performance.

·Customer Experience: Create meaningful, seamless in-store experiences and resolve customer issues with a respectful and warm approach.

·Administration: Handle rostering, cost control, and comprehensive reporting using software such as POS, Google Drive, Excel, and Deputy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Requirements)

To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of commercial acumen and "people-first" leadership.

·Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in retail management (1+ years managing teams of 10+ is highly regarded).

·Leadership Power: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and delegate to a diverse team of 10+ staff members.

·Technical Savvy: Comprehensive knowledge of POS systems, inventory software, Xero and office tools like Excel and Google Drive.

·Adaptability: A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.

·Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis ability and a high level of attention to detail.

·Rights: Must have valid Australian work rights and a valid driver's license.
