We are looking for a Cluster Manager to lead our passionate team in Hobartby driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. THE ROLE:
- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 2+ years experience managing a large flagship store or having exposure managing multiple sites (including Concession stores) with a high volume fashion retailer
- An eye for styling and detail to up hold our high visual merchandising standards
- A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
- The ability to analyse and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams
- Highly motivated and self-driven
