Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data and customer trends to determine product demand
- Source and select products aligned with company brand and target market
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
- Plan seasonal product ranges and promotional strategies
- Work collaboratively with marketing and store teams
- Ensure product quality, compliance, and timely deliver.
Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification in Business, Retail, or Supply Chain (preferred)
- Experience in retail buying or merchandising (1+ years desirable)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities
- Proficiency in inventory and retail management systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
