Our client is a Western Australian organisation operating across the resources sector, currently experiencing a high recruitment demand due to business growth and project activity.
They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their People & Culture team on a 3‑month contract (with possibility for extension), supporting a portfolio of approximately 20 active vacancies, with several requiring immediate support on delivery.
Working closely with a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner and broader P&C team, you’ll manage the majority of end‑to‑end recruitment activity, while senior leadership handles the final stages of executive and critical appointments. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys pace, variety and stakeholder engagement.
