What You'll Be Doing
Partner with Clients:
- Take job briefs, understand workforce needs, and provide market advice
- Build long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
Recruit End-to-End:
- Source, screen, interview, and place candidates
- Manage temp and perm recruitment across diverse industries
- Deliver a high level of candidate care and compliance
Grow the Desk:
- Drive business development and account management
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Strengthen partnerships through exceptional service
Use Leading Tools:
- Work with FastTrack360, RatesCalc, OnBoarded, and other best‑in-class recruitment tech to help you move fast and stay organised
About You

✔ An experienced Recruitment Consultant (industrial/blue‑collar background highly regarded)
✔ Confident building client relationships and managing a busy desk
