About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our Tamworth team on a Part-Time basis.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from arrival through to appointment completion. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
- Manage patient bookings and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver clear preparation instructions, arrival times, and cost information
- Handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, technical teams, and clinical staff to support patient flow
