Smile Solutions, "Melbourne's Home of Dentistry", is located in the magnificent Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four entire levels, plus the tower, all of which are of great significance within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage.
We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to over 80 practitioners, 14 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics.
The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful radiography department as a Receptionist on a full time basis. This opportunity both supports the day to day running of the clinic but also has the opportunity manage and run the department supporting a team of two radiographers as well as all external and internal stakeholders.
What you need for this role:
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Be able to run a smooth operation with exceptional communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a similar environment
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- A drive to learn and flourish
- The ability to integrate into a large practice and work with multiple practitioners
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is highly desirable but not essential)
