About You:
- 3+ years experience
- Kind, compassionate and human - not a policy robot

- WA PM Registration + Driver’s Licence
Role Tasks:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties (SOR)
- Advertise rental listings & conduct home opens
- Process applications, complete tenant screening and prepare lease agreements
- Collect rent, manage arrears, and handle bond lodgements in line with legislation
- Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports and manage lease renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors
- Ensure compliance with state-based tenancy laws and regulations
- Handle tenant and landlord enquiries, manage disputes and deliver resolution
