Property Manager and Rental assistant

About us

We are a branded real estate agency and locate inside a shopping mall of southside. We are looking for someone who would like to take more responsibilities and earn high salary.

Qualifications & experience

1. at least 12 months property manager experience Good at Property tree or similar software Chinese speaker and writer is prefer
2. Queensland real estate licence is required for this role
3. Chinese language ability is strongly preferred for this position

Tasks & responsibilities

1. Processing tenants applications Arrange repairs and quotes during tenancy generate rental receipt and send RTA notices( or help assistant on it) Cooperate with BDM and maintain landlord relationships
2. or working as BDM who will acquire new rental ( prepare form 6, handle owner relationship, standardise rental team process, help property manager as team work)
3. Candidates may be considered for either Property Manager or BDM role based on experience and suitability
