PSD Energy is seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects across the country. This role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will require a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery, stakeholder management, and commercial performance.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple projects – from planning through to close-out – ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. This includes day-to-day coordination, managing subcontractors, and reporting to internal and client-side stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of projects
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Guide and lead site teams and subcontractors to drive performance and outcomes
- Identify risks and manage issues proactively
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure project delivery, ideally in distribution or utilities
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Sound knowledge of electrical distribution networks, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
- Competent in contract administration (AS2124/AS4000)
- High attention to detail, with a delivery-focused mindset
- Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
