Your new role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage remedial and refurbishment projects from planning through to completion. This role is suited to a Project Manager with a builder-side background who has progressed through Contract Administration and understands the complexities of working within existing structures.
- End-to-end delivery of remedial and refurbishment projects
- Full responsibility for program, budget and forecasting
- Leadership of Contract Administrators and delivery teams
- Management of Sub-Contractors and specialist trades
- Coordination of consultants and stakeholders
- Proactive management of project risk, safety and quality
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience with a Tier 2 builder
- Demonstrated progression from Contract Administrator to Project Manager
- Proven experience delivering remedial and/or refurbishment projects
- Strong builder-side project delivery background
- Australian construction experience preferred
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification
