Your new role
The role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Project, Shaping Creative Futures: Designing a Vocational Degree Framework for Creative Producers.
This includes coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, undertaking quantitative and qualitative analysis and leading the design, validation and testing of an AQF Level 7 Vocational Degree Framework for Creative Producers. The role works across industry, government and education stakeholders to identify workforce and qualification gaps and to develop a nationally informed framework that supports future qualification development in the Arts sector.
Responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant Qualifications in the Creative Arts sector (desirable), supplemented with competencies in Australias Vocational Education & Training (VET) sector.Relevant qualification in education and training, with a minimum of a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/superseding qualification). Higher education qualifications in education, adult education, learning design or a related field will be highly regarded.The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish networks and contacts within the VET and Higher Education sector for effective collaboration.Strong written communication skills, specifically technical writing.What you need to do now
