We’re seeking a dynamic Project Administrator to drive our educational initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support the delivery of industry-leading training programs.

Key Responsibilities

1.Coordinate end-to-end delivery of educational projects.

2.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to deadlines and resource constraints.

3.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate communication and resolve project-related issues.

4.Manage project documentation (e.g., meeting minutes, progress reports, compliance records) and maintain organized project repositories.

5.Collaborate on the optimization of project processes to enhance efficiency, student outcomes, and alignment with industry best practices.

Key Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher.

2.Minimum 2-3 years of project administration/coordination experience, preferably in education, or a related industry.

3.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

4.Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

6.Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and quality in documentation and project deliverables.

7.Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented; able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
