The Position
- Full time permanent position
- Monday to Friday 8am – 4:06pm
- Reporting to the Production Manager
- Picking of raw materials to make batches of liquid chemicals
- Mixing chemical blends to varying concentrations as per specifications.
- Pumping of liquids and dissolving of powders in a solution.
- Filling packages with chemicals, ranging from 5 litres to 1,000 litres in size.
- Manual lifting 25KG Bags
- Forklift operation
- Maintaining a clean and tidy production area and ensuring general area is kept clear of hazards.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar hands-on role, preferably working with chemicals.
- Hold a current Australian forklift licence (LF)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail as paperwork is involved in this position
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Ensuring safe operations and procedures are adhered to at all times
