We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services across community, home care, and NDIS settings, supporting clients to improve mobility, independence, and overall physical wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation programs tailored to client needs
- Provide services across home visits, aged care, NDIS, and community environments
- Implement exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and functional capacity
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with compliance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, EPs, and support coordinators
- Educate clients, families, and carers on injury prevention and ongoing care strategies
- Ensure adherence to NDIS, aged care, and health regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Demonstrated experience in community, aged care, or NDIS settings (preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of holistic and client-centred care approaches
Employment Details
- Full-time position
- Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + superannuation (depending on experience)
- Location: Maudsland, QLD 4210 and mobile/community-based role
