Painters

Our Client, United Industrial Solutions is an Australian-owned industrial services provider supporting the oil and gas, mining, construction, and infrastructure sectors. We deliver maintenance, fabrication, construction, and installation services with a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliable project delivery. They are currently looking for Painters to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces by removing old coatings, repairing defects, and cleaning surfaces.
2. Mix and prepare paints, primers, and protective coatings to required specifications.
3. Apply paints, varnishes, primers, and protective coatings.
4. Carry out painting and coating.
5. Inspect coated surfaces to ensure compliance with quality and specification requirements.
6. Identify and report non-conforming paint or coating work.
7. Follow Inspection and Test Plans for surface preparation and coating application.
8. Ensure all work complies with client specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
9. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
10. Work as part of a team to meet production and quality targets.

Qualifications

1. Relevant experience or qualifications for a similar role
2. Australian Citizens & Permanent Residents only
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
