About The Role:
We are seeking an Operation Process Analyst to undertake detailed analysis of organisational systems, workflows, and operational methods across our Security and Concierge divisions. This is a strategic role focused on evaluating existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending structured improvements to enhance organisational performance, service delivery, and scalability across multiple client sites.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the role operates as a key link between senior management and frontline operations, working across multiple layers of the organisation including Area Managers, Site Supervisors, and Team Leaders to ensure that operational systems and workflows are effectively aligned and continuously optimised.
The position will also involve regular travel to various client sites to assess on-ground operations, gather operational insights, and support the implementation of process improvements within live service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of organisational structures, systems, workflows, and operational methods across Security and Concierge operations
- Review business processes, resource utilisation, and service delivery models across multiple client sites to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Prepare comprehensive analytical reports, procedural manuals, and operational documentation outlining findings, insights, and recommended actions
- Develop and recommend improved organisational methods, workflows, and process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and service delivery standards
- Undertake feasibility assessments and impact analysis for proposed changes to processes, systems, and organisational structures
- Provide advice to senior management on process improvements, policy enhancements, and organisational optimisation strategies
- Support and facilitate the implementation of approved process improvements, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and smooth transition within operational environments
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, identifying further opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation
- Review organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal operational frameworks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple operational levels to support adoption of improved systems and methods
Qualifications And Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in organisational analysis, business process improvement, or a similar role.
- Experience in multi-site or service-based industries (e.g. security, facilities, logistics) is highly regarded
- Strong experience analysing workflows, systems, and operational processes in complex environments
- Ability to develop structured recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
