Role Overview
This is a full‑time position responsible for coordinating office administration, tenant support, property documentation, compliance oversight, and staff supervision. The role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can confidently manage people, processes, and priorities across multiple operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Planning: Contribute to the improvement of office and rental management processes, set priorities, and maintain service standards.
- Staff Management: Oversee payroll, training, and supervision of office and property management teams.
- Policy Development: Implement office policies and procedures to support compliance and efficiency.
- HR Coordination: Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain tenancy agreements, property files, accounts, invoices, and compliance documentation.
- Tenant Services: Oversee rental applications, lease documentation, and client communication.
- Resource Allocation: Assign staff, workspace, and resources to meet operational demand.
- Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, suppliers, and service partners.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations and relevant legislation.
Skills & Experience
- Experience of 3 - 5years in office management, operations management, or administration leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience supervising staff across different functions.
- Familiarity with property management systems or accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational outcomes.
