We require an experienced Office Manager with demonstrated strong record of managing and improving operational functions of company office, including scheduling, reporting and communications.
This is a permanent, full-time position. You will be based in our office at Allambie Heights, NSW 2100.
Key Accountabilities
●Organise and control office operations, administrative systems, and service workflows
●Contribute to the planning, review, and improvement of office, warehouse and operational services
●Contribute to personnel activities including hiring support, performance management, and basic payroll coordination (times, hours, job completion accuracy)
●Plan and coordinate weekly operations across short-term rental turnovers, deep cleans, general cleans and other private and commercial jobs
●Ensure all job instructions, property details, and schedules are accurate
●Assign work to cleaners and contractors
●Perform real-time monitoring of daily operations including resolving access issues and other delays, staff gaps, quality complaints and on-time completion of daily cleaning operation
●Ensure all additional time, deep cleans, and extra services are identified, approved, recorded, and communicated with the Director
Your Application:
To be successful in the role, your application will need to demonstrate: Essential Requirements:
●Diploma of E-Commerce.
●Advanced Diploma of Business
●Current NSW driver’s licence
●At least 10 years of work experience as an office manager or a similar managerial role
●At least 3 years of work experience in the Cleaning, Hospitality, or Property services industries
●Demonstrated proficiency in working with Google Suite, Breezeway. HomeTime, Jobber
●Demonstrated strong communication and leadership skills
●Demonstrated strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
●Demonstrated familiarity with geography of the Northern Beaches area including Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl, Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen, Mona Vale, Warriewood, Newport, Avalon Beach
●Reside in, or be able to relocate to, the Northern Beaches area of Sydney
Remuneration:
Appointmentto this role will have a totalremuneration package of $89,600 comprising base salary of $80,000 plus 12% superannuation.
