About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support the continued growth of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, staff performance, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficient service delivery

• Supervising staff, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance against KPIs

• Developing and implementing administrative systems and business processes

• Handling client inquiries and maintaining high service standards

• Managing office budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to visa applications and client files

• Liaising with registered migration agents, clients, and relevant government bodies

• Coordinating HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and the OMARA Code of Conduct

• Supporting marketing and promotional activities

• Managing office resources, vendors, and facilities

• Preparing reports and updates for senior management

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in office management or administration

• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

• Knowledge of the migration sector (desirable)
