Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional assessments and develop personalised care plans
- Recommend and coordinate home modifications and adaptive equipment
- Provide training and guidance to clients, carers, and support staff
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with industry standards
About You
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in community or home care (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
