With a strong focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, Maldives Resort provides a welcoming and memorable stay for all guests.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly motivated Hotel/Motel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the resort. This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence, leading staff, and driving business performance.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all day-to-day hotel/resort operations, ensuring high standards of guest service.
  2. Lead, supervise, and support staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
  3. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
  6. Coordinate front office, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  7. Implement strategies to improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
  8. Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  9. Ensure the resort is consistently presented to a high standard.

Key attributes:

·Diploma of Hospitality Management is required.

·Minimum of one (1) year’s experience as a Hotel or Motel Manager.

·Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Proven financial and operational management skills.

·Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

·Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
