Your Day-to-Day:
As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.
In this multi-site role, you'll be rostered across several of our Southern Gold Coast clinics all are only 5km away from each other, so flexibility and reliable transport are essential.
You'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Answering phones and managing email enquiries
- Booking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)
- Advising patients on preparation requirements
- Quoting fees and processing payments
- Handling DVA and third-party claims
- Supporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care
What You'll Bring:
- A warm, professional, and approachable personality
- Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus!)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
