Master Olive Oil Processor (Seasonal Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Master Olive Oil Processor to lead and oversee our 2026 harvest and milling season. This is a hands-on, senior role requiring strong technical expertise in olive oil extraction, quality control, and grove support.

The successful candidate must have proven experience operating modern processing equipment and maintaining the highest quality standards in extra virgin olive oil production Essential Experience & Skills

1. Proven experience operating Alfa Laval and Pieralisi processing plants
2. Deep understanding of olive oil extraction and milling processes
3. Skilled in olive oil filtering techniques
4. Ability to taste and assess oils for defects and quality parameters
5. Strong understanding of EVOO sensory standards
6. Experience supporting olive grove operations
7. Practical pruning and general farming skills
8. Ability to work independently during peak harvest pressure

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily mill operations during harvest
2. Monitor extraction efficiency and quality control
3. Conduct sensory evaluation and defect detection
4. Manage filtration and oil storage procedures
5. Support grove operations when required
