Massage Therapist (Full-Time）

C & A International Trade Pty Ltd T/A Ambience Wellness is a premium massage and wellness brand based in Perth, Western Australia, with multiple locations including Karrinyup, Floreat, and Claremont. The business focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services in a refined and calming environment. The clinic offers a wide range of treatments including remedial massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology, serving a growing client base across Perth.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Massage Therapists to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a high standard of care and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out client consultations to understand health history and treatment goals.
2. Assess soft tissue, muscles and ligaments to identify areas of concern.
3. Provide a range of massage treatments including remedial, relaxation, deep tissue, sports, acupressure and aromatherapy.
4. Develop and adjust treatment plans to suit individual client needs.
5. Advise clients on stretching, posture and relaxation techniques to support recovery.
6. Keep accurate client records and monitor treatment outcomes.
7. Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, ensuring equipment and materials are in good order.
8. Deliver professional and empathetic customer service to build long-term relationships.
9. Stay updated with current massage practices and maintain professional standards.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification or three years work experience
2. Previous experience in a clinic, wellness or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of different massage techniques.
4. Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
5. Ability to work independently and manage client appointments.
6. Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and client care.

Attractive salary between $73,000 to $83,000 will be offered to suitable candidate.
