Serving industries such as Aged Care, Government, Education, Accommodation, and Healthcare, Atama Furniture delivers tailored solutions for projects of all sizes, with a strong focus on quality, functionality, and long-term client relationships.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing strategies to support business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance client engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Main Tasks:
-Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives and annual marketing plans.
-Maintain and manage the company website, including updating product listings, brochures, and project content using platforms such as WordPress.
-Monitor and optimise digital performance, including SEO and keyword strategies, and prepare marketing performance reports.
-Manage social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
-Create and coordinate marketing materials such as newsletters, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
-Drive brand development initiatives to increase brand awareness, credibility, and market presence.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support sales initiatives and client engagement.
-Prepare visual and written content to showcase completed projects and new product offerings.
-Maintain and manage client databases for targeted Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) marketing campaigns and relationship building.
-Analysing market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
-Ensuring all marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-At least two years’ practical experience within a commercial sales setting.
-Experience in a commercial furniture environment highly beneficial.
Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge:
-Demonstrated capability in the following tools: Outlook, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign (graphic design capability), Canva, CapCut, Acrobat, WordPress, Mailchimp, Zoho, Figma, and MYOB. Ability to edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram reels, LinkedIn and Facebook.
-Ability to create engaging content, including graphics, presentations, and video materials.
-Competency in various AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (multilingual capabilities including Mandarin essential to strengthen cross-border relationships and ensure culturally appropriate communication).
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Annual salary will be between $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
