Annual Salary: $95,732 plus Superannuation Contributions
Duties and Responsibilities of Management Accountant:
·Perform asset valuation, forecast and analyse income and expenses, and etc. based on the business’s performance
·Prepare and conduct detailed performance analysis regularly, analyse performance against financial plan, forecast and other relevant metrics
·Collate and analyse forecast information in line with business requirements
·Advise on financial planning (such as cash flows, cost management, and etc.), risk management, and etc. based on the business’s performance
·Advise on the selection and use of appropriate accounting software and systems, use and maintain the accounting system effectively and efficiently
·Liaise with third parties (such as bank, ATO, and etc.) regarding financial and accounting matters
·Manage and maintain the business’s internal control systems
·Support on developing budget and accounting guidelines, policies and procedures
·Contribute to the development of a detailed planning schedule and process to assist business leadership
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualifications
At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance, or relevant field.
Experience
At least three years relevant working experience
Essential Skills
·Thorough and comprehensive expertise in Accounting, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related field
·Strong grasp and clear understanding of accounting principles, regulations and standards
·Skills in the use of accounting software and systems
·Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
·Attention to details to ensure high level of accuracy
·Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
·Self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in team-oriented environments
